Gabe shared his party with one of his favorite friends Brooke who was turning 2. We had the party at the Riverplex which is a community center/fitness center, etc. It was so great! The kiddos played in the gym with all sort of moving toys, gym equipment, hoops, etc. They ran wild and had a blast! Then we had gondolas (a fav in Peoria) and cake and ice cream. The best surprise?? Hank came for my party!!

Gabe's 3rd Birthday!

Happy 3rd Birthday Gabe! We had a super fun time celebrating Gabe's 3rd birthday. The actual "day" was pretty low key. It was Sunday (March 15th...yes, I am way behind in posting!), so we had a fun day opening and playing with presents, yummy blueberry pancakes for breakfast and homemade pizzas for dinner (all of gabe's requests :))

Computer crash!

So even though I was late at posting...I had committed to posting pics from dale and gabe's b-day parties this weekend...but as you'd expect my computer (with all my pics) crashed on friday...urggg! All is OK and they will be able to retrieve everything...but in any case no pics to post right now :(. We had a super GREAT time though! Gabe's party at the Riverplex was a blast. He shared it with one of his cute girlfriends..Brooke whose birthday was near the same time as his. Dale turned 40 and had multiple surprises.....flight lessons (one of which he claims is a bucket list item and couldn't stop thanking me and kissing me for days after :).....BIG points! I think I could buy whatever I wanted for the next several months and Dale wouldn't be phased or care! :)), a surprise visit from his brother and family for a week, and a fun, low-key dinner party with a handful of friends with all his favorite foods. March was great for us! Now we are starting to see some glimpses of spring and can't wait for some summer fun!
